SOAC - Organization Reactivation Application
About Reactivation
This form can be used to apply to reactivate a club that has not been active for one to three years. Any organization inactive for more than three years must reapply through and present to SOAC.
Timeline
Information provided in this form will be evaluated by the Secretary of Student Government in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Leadership Development to make a reccomendation to the Dean of Students. Final approval will come from the Dean of Students Office.
